PLEASANTON, CA — Mar. 31, 2014 – Veeva Systems Inc. (NYSE: VEEV), a leading provider of industry cloud software solutions for life sciences, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 13,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $26.35 per share, which included 1,800,000 shares issued upon the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. A total of 1,390,000 shares were sold by Veeva, and a total of 12,410,000 shares were sold by certain selling stockholders. Veeva did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Canaccord Genuity Inc., Stifel and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as co-managers.
