Easily work with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Veeva CRM

The integration between Veeva CRM Suite and Microsoft Teams continues to make it easier for field teams to work seamlessly across Microsoft and Veeva applications.

  • Veeva CRM’s enhanced integration with Microsoft Outlook provides real-time synchronization so schedules are always up to date and simpler to manage.
  • Users can schedule and launch Microsoft Teams meetings directly from Veeva CRM, including a convenient ‘Meet Now’ option. This means you can offer field teams the flexibility to use their preferred virtual meeting tools while maintaining the ability to share compliant content and track HCP interactions seamlessly.

Customers can use these capabilities by enabling permission sets for the Microsoft Graph API for end-user profiles.

Respond to HCPs from anywhere

The full functionality of Veeva CRM Approved Email is now available on the iPhone. Field users can execute the same actions on the desktop version, such as creating, editing, sending, and scheduling CRM Approved Emails. This added flexibility makes content sharing more convenient and enables prompt HCP follow-ups even while users are on the go.

Deliver content more effectively

Building on years of continuous innovation for improved end-to-end content flow, we are excited to introduce a highly requested capability: the Veeva CLM Presenter View. Designed to help medical teams deliver content across in-person and digital channels, the Presenter View allows users to:

  • View speaker notes, as well as current and upcoming slides
  • Navigate between slides within a presentation in any sequence
  • Time presentations to ensure key points are covered

Not having a single view for orchestrating and tracking events, campaigns, and activities can make planning, resource allocation, and coordination across teams much more challenging than it needs to be. The new Business Calendar helps orchestrate field activities by:

  • Providing a centralized view of ongoing sales cycles, campaigns, and account plans
  • Creating company-specific calendars for industry events and important milestones
  • Delivering a view of information for specific time horizons, brands, territories, and regions

Provide timely visibility into HCP activity

Veeva Compass is a modern suite of patient data, prescriber data, and national data designed for today’s complex therapies. It supports biopharma commercialization by providing visibility into patient and provider activity within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

Now, Veeva is bringing Compass Patient to Veeva CRM MyInsights. This pre-built integration provides field teams timely visibility into HCP activity identified via daily patient claims data.

Customers have two options: they can start using the MyInsights template made available in this release or opt for a more tailored approach by creating their own customized, brand-specific view using MyInsights Studio.

Both options enable customers to quickly access valuable data and insights and share them with field teams within 24 hours to capitalize on the earliest signals of HCP activity.
