Priscilla Hung is a Senior Advisor of Guidewire Software, a provider of cloud-based software for the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, since January 2024. She previously held roles as president and COO, chief administrative officer, senior vice president of corporate development, vice president of operations, and vice president of corporate development, since joining the company in 2005.
Prior to Guidewire, Priscilla held several management positions at Ariba Technologies Inc., Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
Priscilla is currently a member of the boards of directors of Xerox Holdings Corporation and Ethos Technologies Inc., an insuretech serving the life insurance market. Ms. Hung previously served on the board of Vonage Holdings Corp., a publicly traded cloud communications provider, until its acquisition by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson in 2022.
Priscilla holds a master degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Cornell University.
