Sudhir Kandarth

General Manager, APAC

Sudhir serves as General Manager for Veeva Systems' Asia Pacific (APAC) region, overseeing the company's commercial business growth and strategy across the region.

Sudhir leads Veeva's Asia Pacific commercial business, bringing 18+ years of enterprise software and pharmaceutical expertise. He previously held key roles at Oracle Health Sciences, IBM Software and GBS groups, SAS India and Dr Reddy's. Sudhir holds an MBA from North Maharashtra University.

Chris Shim

General Manager, Vault R&D and Quality, ASIA

Chris Shim is General Manager, responsible for all of Veeva's operations for Vault development cloud business including strategy, sales, and professional services in Asia.

Chris spent the last 6 years to set up the business in Asia while leading the team in Medidata Solutions.
He played the role of advisors to major pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and Academies to transform their complex IT infrastructure to be successful in drug development.
He was taking the pioneer position to discuss business agility and seamless development, especially about the collaborative working organizations in the life science industry.

Prior to Medidata, Chris worked in various positions in software companies including PTC and Heartbeat Experts across life sciences, electronics, and other discrete manufacturing verticals for more than 16 years as an experienced sales leader.

Eunho Shin

VICE PRESIDENT, VAULT CLINICAL DATA, ASIA

As Vice President of Asia Vault Clinical Data, Eunho is responsible for customer engagement, market adoption, product direction, and strategic alliances with the applications under Vault Clinical Data including EDC, CDB, RTSM, and ePRO across Asia.

Prior to Veeva, he spent the last five years at Medidata expanding their APAC consulting business in the areas of improving clinical trial processes, optimizing clinical IT systems and infrastructures, and delivering the value of clinical cloud applications. When working within pharmaceutical companies and CROs, Eunho has worked in various roles from clinical operations to conducting and managing clinical trials.

Tristan Theurier

VICE PRESIDENT, R&D ASIA

As Vice President, R&D Asia, Tristan is leading some of the most experienced Services professionals in the industry, committed to Customer Success across all Veeva's product lines. His team ensures Veeva products are implemented based on best practices and solution designs. Working with our customers on a long-term basis regarding adoption, training and industry benchmark is our priority.

Tristan joined Veeva Europe in 2012 as one of the first Veeva consultants. He led regional and global Veeva CRM implementations for large customers in Europe, Latin America, and AsiaPacific as Solution Architect and Project Manager. In 2016 he relocated to Asia Pacific (Singapore) to build and lead the Customer Success Management team in the region.

Tristan holds a Master's degree in Business Education from Skema Business School (France).

Rahul Bose

Director, Commercial Services, APAC

As Director of APAC Commercial Services, Rahul is focused on ensuring our customers maximise their potential on the Veeva Commercial Cloud. Leading a well respected team of life science experienced service professionals across ANZ, South East Asia, India and Korea he strives to ensure customers receive exceptional solutions and services.

Rahul joined Veeva in 2014 and previously led several Veeva implementations as a consultant and was the APAC Customer Success leader for 4 years. 

Rahul holds a Masters degree in Engineering and Management from The University of Queensland.

SHAFI HUSSAIN

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS CONSULTING LEAD, APAC

Shafi is responsible for leading Veeva's Business Consulting Practice in APAC with a focus on supporting our customers' commercial strategies through the design and delivery of solutions for the core business issues faced in today's market. Veeva's Business Consulting services include: Commercial Content, Field Optimization, Digital Engagement, Go-to-Market Strategy, Insights and Analytics, Customer Experience Design.

Shafi's 20+ year career has focused on driving P&L growth strategies and achieving transformational change outcomes throughout his roles in management consulting and industry. He has held leadership roles at General Electric where he led global growth strategies across sectors to penetrate new markets; and also built and led a digital/IoT Asset Performance Management professional services organization at GE Healthcare. Prior to joining GE, Shafi led the Pharmaceutical R&D Practice at SailWing Consulting and has also held leadership roles at PwC and Accenture. Shafi began his career as a research scientist focusing on transplant immunology at the University of Chicago

Shafi holds a B.S. degree from Saint Louis University, a M.S. from the University of Missouri and a graduate certificate from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Tristan Tan

VICE PRESIDENT, DATA & ANALYTICS, ASIA

Tristan leads the strategy and direction for Veeva's data products in Asia, outside of China. This includes ownership of Veeva's Data Cloud and OpenData products in the region. He is also responsible for building and strengthening relationships with Veeva's Data Partners in key markets.

Prior to joining Veeva, Tristan spent 6 years building and leading a Data Analytics business at Zuellig Pharma where he worked closely with Pharma to solve challenges in Commercial Excellence and Supply Chain. He started his career as a management consultant with the Monitor Group where he advised Consumer Goods clients in the areas of Revenue Management and Commercial Excellence.

Tristan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics.

Cassandra Barker

Senior Director, OpenData, APAC

As Senior Director, OpenData APAC, Cassandra is responsible for the strategy and direction of OpenData in the region.

Cassandra brings over 20 years of experience in business technology across both government and private sectors. Her proven business and marketing experience has helped organisations drive growth and change through data and technology enablement, product development and professional services engagements to a combination of ASX, government and international clients.

Giorgio Castellini

Senior Director, Product Management, Commercial Cloud, APAC

As Sr Director, CRM Product Management APAC, Giorgio is responsible for the definition and prioritization of the roadmap for all Veeva CRM products, ensuring that Veeva delivers the best-in-class solution for the APAC region. He leads a team of Product Experts who focus on the the success of our clients, a constant flow of product knowledge, and increasing feature adoption in the region. Giorgio also supports the growth of the region and the expansion in new emerging markets, investigating and understanding the nuances of each country.

Giorgio has worked in the pharma industry for over 20 years, evolving from a leadership role in EMEA support to Professional Services to Product Management. He has managed regional and global CRM implementations for enterprise customers in both Rx and OTC at Veeva. Prior to joining Veeva in 2012, Giorgio worked at Eli Lilly as an external consultant for 9 years, leading their Regional Support CoE out of Italy and building knowledge in Clinical Operations, Global Product Safety, MedInfo, Sales and Marketing.

Anantha Nema

Country Manager, India

As Country Manager, India Subcontinent, Anantha is responsible for all of Veeva's operations and Customer Success in the region. Anantha has been with Veeva Systems for the past six years and has played a critical role in the company's growth and success in the Indian market.

Anantha Nema is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and advertising industries. Prior to joining Veeva Systems, Anantha worked at RKSWAMY BBDO, a leading advertising agency, where he served as the Senior Vice President for seven years. In this role, he led several Healthcare communication campaigns for top clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Before joining RKSWAMY BBDO, Anantha worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories for over a decade, where he held various sales and sales leadership positions. During his time at Dr. Reddy's, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing key sales strategies, and was instrumental in driving significant revenue growth for the company.

Anantha holds an MBA from Balaji University. He has attended MDPs at IIM Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Kozhikode.

Varadarajan Srinivasan (Raj)

General Manager, India Vault Quality

As General Manager, Vault Quality India, Raj is responsible for the growing Quality business in India and establishing a strong professional services Center of Excellence focused on implementation of Veeva's Vault Quality suite. Raj has over 20 years of experience in Life Sciences technology covering commercialisation and RnD space, including over 14 years in leadership roles.

Prior to joining Veeva, Raj worked at Navitas Life Sciences as Business Partner for APAC and Europe, based in India and Germany. In this role he was responsible for enabling large and mid sized pharma companies in successfully adapting systems to automate critical processes such as quality management, safety/PV, regulatory and clincal systems. Raj also delivered large scale commercialization projects for pharma majors in Europe, US and Middle East, while he was with Tech Mahindra.

Raj has held roles in manufacturing, application engineering and sales during earlier part of his career at Simpsons, Greaves Cotton and Castrol India. Raj holds an MS degree in Information Systems from BITS, Pilani.

SUMANTH KAMBHAMMETTU

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY, APAC

Sumanth Kambhammettu leads Commercial Strategy for the APAC region. He is responsible for driving growth and adoption of Veeva's solution suite across commercial cloud, data & services by refining the GTM strategy, managing strategic relationships and demonstrating thought leadership across various APAC markets.

He brings over 15 years of experience in delivering customer-centric solutions for pharmaceutical & life science companies, healthcare institutions, public health agencies, medical technology and digital health companies in Asia. In his most recent role, Sumanth led a healthcare robotics business for a Singapore based SME where he worked extensively with the local healthcare innovation ecosystem in Singapore. Prior to that, he spent nearly 10 years as a management consultant in Southeast Asia advising leading global/regional pharma, biotech, MedTech & public sector clients in the areas of commercial strategy, go-to-market strategy and digital transformation.

Sumanth holds a B.Pharm (Hons.) degree from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (India) and an MBA (Marketing) from the SP Jain School of Global Management (Singapore)

Myungsoon Song

Director, Vault R&D and Quality Product Expert, APAC and China

s a Director, Vault R&D and Quality Product Expert, APAC and China, Myungsoon builds and leads the Product Expert team in APAC and China focusing on product communication, customer education and effective adoption throughout the region. Her team provides an integral front-line link to customers showcasing Veeva's industry driven solutions. She joined Veeva in December 2019 as the first R&D CSM in APAC focusing on customer success with the Veeva product suite and leading a CSM team in ASIA.

Prior to Veeva, she had 13 years of experience in the life science industry managing clinical operations and overseeing service projects.
She has held various roles in the clinical operation industry. At Novartis as a PM, she led the first phase I oncology trial to pass FDA approval in Korea and later went on to spend 5 years at Medidata leading implementations as a senior project manager where she introduced cloud solutions in APAC.

QUEENIE NG

DIRECTOR, MARKETING, APAC

As Marketing Director, Queenie is responsible for leading the marketing efforts in APAC.

Queenie has held various marketing roles in IT and Life Science Industries since 2004. She worked for Juniper Networks, a networking and security company for 8 years as the regional marketing team in Asia Pacific where she was leading the overall marketing and communications in the region.

Prior to Veeva, she was the head of demand generation, Asia Pacific, for Waters, an analytical instrument company. In this role she was responsible for planning and implementing regional marketing strategies to drive demand for business opportunities.

Queenie holds a master's degree in communications and new media from the City University of Hong Kong.
