Accommodations

Once your registration is approved, you will receive a link to book your accommodation at the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center, at our Veeva preferential rate:

Bed and Breakfast: from €175 single occupancy / €208 double occupancy including VAT.

Cancellation of any hotel booking after 4 April, 2025 is non-refundable and will be charged at 100%. No-shows will also be charged at 100%.
