and invited guests. There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend but we ask
that you notify us in advance at summit.europe@veeva so we can
reallocate your seat to someone else.

Veeva experts, join conversational roundtables, group demos, or a tailored
individual demo.
Innovation theaters showcase exciting product innovations in short, 15-minute
demos.

help move the industry forward. These innovators pushed boundaries and navigated
change in their companies to improve processes and deliver outcomes.

Terms of Payment
Total stay will be charged to each guest, at the moment of the reservation. A
credit card as guarantee will be requested in order to guarantee the
bedrooms.
Cancellation and Attrition Policy for Individual Reservations:
- At the reservation time in case of cancellation, 1st night penalty to the individual guest.
- From 89 – 59 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of total stay will be charged. If the total stay is one night, the hotel will charge that night as penalty cancellation.
- From 58-30 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of total stay will be charged. If the total stay is one night, the hotel will charge that night as penalty cancellation.
- Less than 30 days prior the arrival date: 100% of total stay will be charged. If the total stay is one night, the hotel will charge that night as penalty cancellation.
