Veeva Japanは、製薬業界向けのクラウド型CRMソリューション、Veeva CRMを提供する米国Veeva Systemsの日本法人であり、Veeva CRMは全世界で675社を超えるライフサイエンス企業に採用されています。アバンスト・メディアは、音声認識市場の主力市場であるCTI分野、医療分野、議事録分野でマーケットリーダーの地位を確立しており、音声認識技術AmiVoiceにより、数多くの業務改善・効率化に貢献する製品・サービスを展開しています。
今回の業務提携では、アドバンスト・メディアが提供するAmiVoice SBxをVeeva CRM上で使用するケースを想定し、両者にて相互の連携面を強化してまいります。アドバンスト・メディアがこれまで培ってきた医療現場および製薬業界関連の音声認識ノウハウを生かし、Veeva CRMを用いたライフサイエンス業界向けの音声入力を推進してまいります。
