株式会社Ｊストリーム（マザーズ：4308、本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：石松 俊雄、以下Ｊストリーム）は、Veeva Japan株式会社（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役：岡村 崇、 以下 Veeva）と契約を締結し、Veeva Content Development Partnerとして、製薬企業が開催するWeb講演会の有効性をより一層高めるため、医師の視聴データとVeeva CRMを連携したサービスの提供を開始いたします。
製薬企業のWeb講演会は、医師の処方意向に影響を与える情報提供チャネルとしてここ数年で拡大・定着しており、Ｊストリームは年間900件以上のWeb講演会のライブ配信を実施するなど、製薬企業のマーケティング活動を支援しております。
今回のVeeva CRMと連携したサービスの提供により、製薬企業のオウンドメディアで開催されるWeb講演会の視聴データをVeeva CRMに反映させることが可能となります。これにより、医師の視聴状況から関心テーマや製剤を把握し、各医師に合わせたMRのディテーリング活動や日々のマーケティング活動の精緻化を支援します。
今後は、メディカルイベントなどの各種機能とも連携を検討しており、医師個人の視聴データはもちろん、MRが医師と同席して視聴した場合の視聴データの管理などにも対応していく予定です。
今後も両社が培った経験をもとに、お客様の多様なニーズにお応えし、Web講演会の有効性を高める先進的なサービスを展開してまいります。
