Multichannel Partner Certification

Multichannel Partners have exclusive access to earn certifications*, giving Veeva customers the opportunity to make informed choices when selecting a content provider for multichannel projects.

Veeva strongly recommends that during an RFP/pitch phase and at project kick off, customers verify which partner employees are certified to ensure that qualified individuals are staffed on any multichannel project. This can be achieved by asking to see digital badges that are awarded on a product basis to those who successfully pass the exam(s).
