Veeva Content Partners

Veeva’s Content Partners (predominantly agencies) are trained and supported to assist our customers at every stage of the content journey. These partners span a broad range of life science disciplines and develop content for commercial, medical, consumer health and market access clients.

There are three types of Veeva Content Partners:

Multichannel Content Partners – are supported to assist our customers with Multichannel CRM content creation.

Vault Content Partners – are supported to assist our customers with managing their content in Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms, including review and approval and digital asset management.

Full-Service Content Partners – are supported to assist our customers with both of the above and have CRM and Vault sandboxes.

All Content Partners have access to:

• a dedicated Program Manager
• unlimited training
• business and technical support
• Agency owned CRM and Vault sandboxes (optional)
• individual certification*
• new release and product roadmap webinars
